Grenada Chocolate Festival. Grenada, known as the spice island, is also home to cocoa plantations and is quickly becoming the center of chocolate production in the Caribbean. With five chocolate tree-to-bar companies making incredible Grenadian chocolate, you’ll want to load up on bars to take home. At this event, chocolate lovers will follow the journey of cacao growing, to roasting and into bars. There will be tastings, journeys, stories, and hands-on opportunities to make your own.

St Lucia Carnival previously known as the Lucian Carnival is a lively and vibrant celebration of St Lucia’s rich culture and heritage! St Lucia Carnival is when you can experience local culture and its loudest, brightest, rawest, and purest! Plan now to attend July 12-19, 2023.


 

Nassau Junkanoo

From colourful costumes to exuberant dance routines, participants spend months preparing for the pageantry of this street parade accompanied by the steady beat of whistles, cowbells, horns, and goatskin drums that starts in the wee hours after midnight. The largest Junkanoo celebration takes place on Bay Street, in downtown Nassau, but Bahamians across the 16 islands celebrate this joyful tradition.

Reggae Sumfest is Jamaica's summer reggae festival held over a week with its main nights from Thursday to Saturday, in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Activities include an All White Blitz party, A Sound System Explosion, Beach Party, and the main concerts. July 16-22, 2023


 

The Antigua Carnival promises to be the party of all parties with plenty of music, dancing, and colourful fun. Attracting people from all over the Caribbean as well as around the globe. From incredible costumes and street parties to concerts and steelpan competitions.

There will be a calendar of events over these two weeks with plenty of experiences to get involved in, a perfect time to visit Antigua. Aug 7-8, 2023.

 

Grenada Spicemas Carnival

A celebration of slavery’s end combines parades, pageantry, competitions, displays, great food, and good rum.

The Spicemas Grenada Carnival takes place throughout the Caribbean each summer but Grenada’s is one of the biggest and best and attracts visitors in the thousands. Spicemas is the perfect representation of Grenada’s culture, with soca and calypso music everywhere. Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Aug 14 - 15, 2023. Also Aug 12 - 13, 2024.


 


Kaya Kaya Street Fair is a community-building tool that focuses on the clean up & beautification of Ser'i Otrobanda. In the months leading up to the festival, we engage and work together with the neighborhood to transform the area with, art, murals, culture, and more. Reggae 1/2 Marathon and 10k

For you runners, why not take your passion to Jamaica?


The Half Marathon and 10K starts at Long Bay Beach Park situated along Negril’s famed 7-mile white sand beach.



The course loops into the town of Negril and then heads north towards the town of Green Island. The mostly flat course is an IAAF-certified half-marathon & 10K course. The final mile for the Reggae Marathon is known as the Bob Marley Mile. Bob Marley is the most famous person from Jamaica. Known as the King. Set your calendar for Dec 3, 2023 in Negril, Jamaica.
